It has often been found that staff need training aimed somewhere between the basic and intermediate level. Useful Tip
If you use MS Office products a lot such as MS Word and MS Excel you can save time by customising your tool bars. On the tool bar add on buttons for the functions you use most frequently eg Set the Print Area, Print Preview.

How: Go to the Menu for View, select Toolbars, select Customise. From the Comands Tab of the displayed box pick the operations you want and click and drag them onto the toolbar.
